About Katharine Jeffcoat, RDN, LD

Hello! I'm a Registered Dietitian with over 26 years of experience in pediatric nutrition. I worked for eight years at Emanuel Children’s Hospital in Portland, Oregon, as a clinical and outpatient pediatric dietitian, part of the feeding clinic team and eating disorder day hospital. I spent nine years in the pediatric allergy and prevention industry with Nutricia and Nestle. With a goal of returning to my passion for working with families and pediatric nutrition, I opened my private practice, NW Pediatric & Family Nutrition, in the fall of 2015. I have an office in Portland and Bend Oregon, and work virtually across the country. We are a team of six dietitians, which will soon be eight as we kick off 2024.

I now live in Bend, Oregon, working with my clients virtually managing my team, and loving the business I've grown. I love mentoring the new dietitians on my team, leading me to follow my passion by opening my doors as a coach to other dietitians in private practice. In the past eight years, I have worked with many coaches who have helped me move my business forward by prioritizing and helping me focus, and I genuinely believe a lot of my success is from the support of a coach along the way.

I'm a mom of two girls, 10 and 15, and I appreciate the work-life balance that group ownership and private practice have given me. I've learned to work smarter and not harder over the years and am ready to support others to do the same.
